Re-Membering

Your Body Has a Story. Come Explore It.

An in-person experiential workshop blending movement, expressive arts, and somatic exploration.

Re-Membering is a 6 part workshop series designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and explore the stories, patterns, and wisdom that may emerge through movement, creativity, and mindful reflection. Each gathering focuses on a different region of the body, inviting participants into an experience of curiosity, expression, and connection in a supportive group environment.

Whether you're looking to reconnect with yourself, deepen your self-awareness, or simply experience something different, Re-Membering offers a space to move, create, reflect, and be present.

In Part One, the focus is your foundation, honoring your feet and our legs. Wild & Rooted invites you to reconnect with the foundation that carries you through life. Through intentional movement, guided reflection, expressive journaling, and immersive sound, we'll explore the themes of grounding, resilience, stability, and forward motion. Together, we'll create space to notice what your feet and legs have supported, where they've carried you, and what it feels like to move through life with greater awareness and intention.

Meet Your Facilitators

If you’ve often felt misunderstood, like you’re “too much,” or like you never quite fit the mold, I’d love to connect. I work with neurodivergent individuals, athletes, LGBTQIA+ clients, and those carrying big emotions like rage, grief, and sensitivity, offering a creative, exploratory space to process pain and build a life that feels authentic and free.
